Set up your workspace in minutes. Add your basic details, create your organization profile, and prepare your account so you can start building and managing events on Onevie.
How to create an account
Follow these five steps and you'll have your Onevie account ready in under five minutes.
Visit the Onevie website
Open your browser and go to the Onevie homepage to begin the registration process.
- Navigate to onevie.com in any modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge).
- Click the "Get Started" or "Sign Up" button in the top navigation bar.
- You can also click "Request Demo" to speak with our team first if you have questions.
Enter your details
Fill in the registration form with your work information to create your account.
- Provide your full name and a valid work email address.
- Choose a strong password of at least 8 characters, including a number and a symbol.
- Select your organisation type (Agency, Corporate, Association, or Independent Planner).
Verify your email
Check your inbox for a confirmation email and click the link inside to activate your account.
- A verification email will be sent within 60 seconds of submitting the form.
- Click the "Confirm my account" button in the email. The link expires after 24 hours.
- If you do not see the email, check your spam folder or click "Resend verification".
Complete your profile
Add your organisation details so Onevie can personalise your workspace from day one.
- Upload your organisation logo and set your brand colour.
- Add your company name, website, and time zone.
- Invite team members by entering their email addresses — they will receive an invitation automatically.
Create your first event
You're all set! Start a new event and explore Onevie's full feature set.
- Click "New Event" from your dashboard and choose a template or start from scratch.
- Set the event name, date, venue, and expected attendee count.
- Publish your registration page and share the link — attendees can sign up immediately.
